Santa Marina Holiday Village is managed by FairPlay Property Management (the Management Company), a company with extensive experience in the management of hotels, hotel complexes and holiday villages. The investor of the complex is FairPlay Properties REIT, a company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, and the general contractor is the construction company Santa Marina AD.
